1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to BEAMYRO. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. DEFINITIONS

  • Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
  • Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
  • Day: Calendar day.
  • Durable Medium: Any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information directed to them personally in a way that future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information is possible.

3. APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by BEAMYRO and to every distance contract concluded between BEAMYRO and the consumer.

4. THE OFFER

  • If an offer has a limited validity period or is made under specific conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
  • The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer.

5. THE CONTRACT

  • The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.
  • If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, BEAMYRO will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The consumer may dissolve a contract regarding the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of 14 days, without stating reasons.
  • The cooling-off period starts on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer (who is not the carrier), has received the product.

7. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONSUMER DURING THE COOLING-OFF PERIOD

  • During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
  • Projectors and electronic accessories may only be returned if unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
  • The consumer may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.

8. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COSTS

  • If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they must notify BEAMYRO within the cooling-off period via a clear statement.
  • Within 14 days after notification, the consumer must return the product.
  • The product must be returned with all delivered accessories, in original condition and packaging, and according to the instructions provided by BEAMYRO.
  • The consumer bears the risk and burden of proof for correct and timely return.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

9. OBLIGATIONS OF BEAMER IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

  • If withdrawal is communicated electronically, BEAMYRO will confirm receipt immediately.
  • BEAMYRO will reimburse all payments made by the consumer without delay and within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, with no additional fees.

10. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The following products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, provided this is clearly stated before purchase:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Products marked as “final sale”

11. THE PRICE

  • Prices will not be increased during the validity period of the offer, except due to changes in VAT rates.
  • All prices listed on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

12. COMPLIANCE AND WARRANTY

BEAMER guarantees that products comply with the contract, specifications stated in the offer, reasonable expectations of usability, and applicable legal provisions at the time of purchase.

13. DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

  • BEAMYRO will take the utmost care in processing and delivering orders.
  • Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
  • Orders are processed promptly and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of delays or inability to fulfil an order, the consumer will be informed and may cancel the contract free of charge.

14. PAYMENT

  • Payments must be completed immediately upon checkout unless otherwise agreed.
  • The consumer must promptly report any inaccuracies in payment details to BEAMYRO.

15. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

  • BEAMYRO maintains a clear complaints procedure.
  • Complaints must be submitted in writing and clearly described within a reasonable time after discovery.
  • Complaints will be responded to within 14 days. If more time is needed, an estimated response time will be provided.

16. DISPUTES

All agreements between BEAMYRO and the consumer are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

17. ADDITIONAL OR DEVIATING PROVISIONS

Additional or deviating provisions may not be to the detriment of the consumer and must be recorded in writing or stored on a durable medium
