RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, manuals, and protective materials.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
  • Projectors and electronic accessories must not show signs of installation, mounting, or power usage.
  • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beamyro.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we will provide clear return instructions.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your order for a different item, we are happy to help:

  • Follow the same steps as a return request.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will ship the replacement product.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Please note: used projectors, mounted accessories, customised items, and final sale products cannot be exchanged.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Used or installed products are non-refundable.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us immediately at info@beamyro.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or installed projectors or accessories
  • Mounted or modified products
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards
